School Office Administrator

Haygrove School requires a highly organised School Office Administrator to work within our Administrative team to support the daily operation of the main administration functions: Reception, Welfare, Resources and Student Services.  This is a varied and busy role and will require the postholder to undertake First Aid Training if not already in possession of a relevant and valid certificate.

Fixed term until 30 April 2026 in the first instance

Full-time, 37 hours per week, (8:30am-4.30pm Mon-Thu and 8:30-4:00pm Fridays)

Term Time plus two weeks (40 working weeks per year)

Actual pro-rated salary range : £21,434-£22,177 pa (based on Grade 14 full-time equivalent £24,404-£25,183pa)
