Each QET school is unique and therefore has bespoke professional development needs, based around identified priorities. QET schools make use of the extensive support on offer from our regional Curriculum Hubs, Local Authority Advisors and the nearby Research School. 

Schools across the trust also benefit from commissioning high-quality external providers and national experts who support leaders and teachers on the ground, as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.  We strive to adopt the principles set out in the EEF’s guidance on Effective Professional Development whenever we select or design each school’s professional development offer.
