Our Commitment

Teaching and support staff have access to a range of learning and training opportunities.

Those who are new to the teaching profession, or experienced teachers who are new to our Trust, and our existing staff are offered bespoke career pathways that will enable them to develop as leaders or as expert professionals either through national accredited courses or through in-house training.

Given the cross-phase nature of the Trust, all colleagues are able to learn from, and alongside, their peers in other key education stages and share resources and strategies.
